These earrings are names after the ancient Pagan goddess Ostara, who was traditionally honoured in the month of March with festivals to celebrate renewal, re-birth and the dawn. The festival is also known as the spring equinox.
The mix of hand moulded and embossed suns and stars represent the transition between night and day that is the dawn.
The Ostara chandelier earrings are individually cast from hand-embossed wax in solid bronze with a high carat gold plating.
Each pair of earrings in this style are made individually to order so each piece will differ slightly to the photos shown, however the design will be the same.
The drop of the earrings when worn is 6.5cm, with the largest sun face measuring approx 2cm across.
