Delivery Times:

The majority of Studio Rua pieces are all handmade to order therefore lead times per product can vary. On average these are currently 4 weeks depending on the item.

Any custom orders may take longer than 4 weeks to make and ship, please email me directly to discuss further.

 

Delivery Prices and Services:

The price of the piece does not include shipping. This is quoted separately on the website once an order has been made and you have completed checkout.

All orders from the UK are sent via Royal Mail Signed Special Delivery Guaranteed - £7.50.

Items in stock will be shipped the next working day, however if a piece is made to order then the piece will be sent when ready, not the next working day.

Next day UK shipping is used as it fully insures the jewellery and is the only service to do so within the UK at a higher value (over £50).

Royal Mail Special Delivery is fully trackable and insured and guaranteed to arrive next working day from date of dispatch. Parcels are guaranteed to arrive by 1pm and require a signature. If there is no-one available to accept the parcel, a calling card will be left for you to arrange re-delivery or collection.

All orders placed in Europe/rest of the world are sent via Royal Mail International (Tracked & Signed) - £15.00

Customs Charges:

International customers are responsible for any/all duties and/or taxes that may be imposed on the item on arrival at the destination country. Please note, these charges are completely beyond my control, and are entirely at the discretion of border control at the country in question.

 

Returns Policy:

I hope you will be delighted with your new Studio Rua piece.

If however for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to refund your order within 28 days of the date of the receipt of the piece.

All returned pieces must be in perfect condition as sent and in their original packaging where applicable.

Once the piece has been returned and condition approved a full refund of the cost of the piece will be issued.

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk, so I would recommend using a Special Delivery service, and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Postage will only be refunded if an item has been sent incorrectly, or some other error has been made on our part.

For international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid for by the customer. These will be invoiced at cost.
