SARSEN Earrings
The SARSEN earrings are a playful take on the sarsen or 'troublesome' stones found at sacred sites such as the Avebury stone circle in Wiltshire.
For this design I paired found drilled stone beads with a hand made crescent moon and a small WELKIN star to the base of the head pin.
Each earring has a post to the reverse and a butterly fastening.
Each CRESCENT MOON and WELKIN star is either impressed from an original mould or hand made, so although the design will be the same as the photographs here, each one is made individually so there may be a slight variation in the earrings sent to you.
Each pair will have a different set of stone beads so are unique. There is an option to select the pair you would like.
Each SARSEN earring has an approx 3.5CM drop and is approx 1.7CM at widest point (stone).
Each come with a corresponding 9ct gold or sterling silver butterfly fastening. Earrings are sold as a pair.
The earrings come with full UK hallmarks.
